CTM offers special airfares for all Taylored Images events

Domestically - these discounts can equate up to 40% discount in economy flying Qantas, plus best published airfares on Virgin Blue.

Internationally CTM offers very competitive airfares for your outbound journey ex Australia, but just as competitive fares for your international delegates & guests coming to Australia.

The flexibility associated with Group or "Conference Airfares" is excellent·

There are no minimum stay-away requirements Conference Airfares allow for travel up to (7) days pre or post the event. There are no booking, amendment or cancellation fees, until after airfare ticketing or until 72 hours prior to departure. Conference Airfares are offered along with the "best-published airfares of the day". This ensures the best value for your dollar when traveling to your event.

Best-published fares can equate up to a 75% discount on full-economy airfares, however strict terms and conditions do apply.

Each Taylored Images event is allocated a special booking code, and this code must be quoted to access the specially designated airfares.

Booking your flight is as easy a clicking on the mouse - from the online reservations icon attached to your event website.

 

Exhibition

  Taylored Images Events Managers will be responsible for liasing with the venue where all conference and exhibition requirements are concerned. This will cover all aspects of the day-to-day preparation and running of the conference such as floor plans, audiovisual, schedules and event orders.
 

Financial Control

 

Taylored Images offers you the complete financial solution for your conference. Our "Events" software allows us to provide detailed analysis of all aspects of expenditure from venue hire charges, accommodation and travel costs through to incidental costs.

We are also able to assist with establishing a budget for your event and advising ways in which this budget can be best utilised. Naturally we can provide progress reports on performance against budget during the planning stages and all the way through to successful conclusion of your event.

To benefit delegates we can coordinate travel, accommodation and tour bookings, enabling your guests to get maximum value for their outlay.

 

 

Audio Visual / IT Management

 

Taylored Images establishes all Audio Visual requirements for your event via the call for papers and abstract submission request by following the established guidelines.

Speaker abstract and coversheets are to be forwarded electronically to our office by the closing date. Each individual speaker's requirements are entered into our fully computerised program in advance of the conference to ensure all appropriate equipment is ordered and allocated.
We ensure state of the art technology is available for your speakers presentation.

Each presenter will have control of a laptop at the lecturn equipped with a laser pointer for effective delivery of their presentation.

Onsite it is advised and recommended you supply your presentation via:

  • USB Mass Storage Device
  • Zip Drive
  • CD ROM
  • Floppy Disk

It is requested where appropriate PowerPoint presentations be emailed to our office prior to the conference to ensure we have a current "backup". All presenters should arrive on site with a "hard" copy of their presentation to be supplied to our AV Manager upon registration, or no later than one session prior to your allocated time.

If your presentation requires video clips or other files outside of PowerPoint they must also accompany the PowerPoint presentation as they are not embedded within the file.
