Submission Methods

(ABSTRACTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY)

Please ensure you adhere strictly to the abstract formatting guidelines shown here. These guidelines must be followed in order for your abstract to proceed for review.

• Click on "Submit Abstract" and follow the prompts.
• It is essential all photographs and diagrams are embedded within the document, prior to uploading the abstract.
• Abstracts can be edited after submission until 1700 Friday 18 December 2015.

Receipt & Confirmation

All abstracts received will be acknowledged to the presenting author instantly on submission. The final outcome of the review process will be notified to all presenting authors by Monday 11 January 2016.

Acceptance of the Abstract will not have a bearing on the registration fee, which will be paid to attend the meeting. All persons should be aware that the dates included for the payment of registration and cancellation fees will be strictly administered.
