Booking Terms & Conditions

A credit card must be provided with your registration to guarantee accommodation. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the accommodation venue as guarantee of your booking. It is essential all accommodation bookings / amendments / cancellations are forwarded to Taylored Images. Taylored Images do not charge your card for accommodation. Payments for accommodation is finalised on departure direct with the accommodation venue.

As per hotel terms and conditions any accommodation cancellations made after Friday 28 September 2018 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation cancelled. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability at the best rate of the day.

All accommodation bookings & amendments made after Friday 28 September 2018 will incur a $33 service fee.

Block bookings have been made at selected hotels within the Crown Perth Complex. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

Making a Reservation

Bookings should be made on the registration form by 28 September 2018. After that date we cannot guarantee availablility. To secure your reservation, credit card details must be provided at the time of booking (please refer to the individual hotel's terms & conditions below for more details).

Changing / Cancelling your reservation

Please advise Taylored Images of any change / cancelation to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.
