Scientific papers are invited for oral presentations. Authors should submit abstracts written in English to Taylored Images no later than 1700 (EST) on Friday 12 September 2008. Papers received after this date will not be accepted for inclusion in this year’s program.
Taylored Images is Interactive. This enables you to view & amend your existing data on the current conference database. The procedure streamlines your abstract submission and registration process offering ease, efficiency & 24 hour access. The Interactive System is “live”; allowing new & existing conference delegates to register, submit abstracts, book accommodation and much more. Interactive increases accuracy & supplies you with an automatic summary & confirmation of your abstract and registration instantly upon submission.
If Taylored Images has your email address, you will receive a personal unique access key. This key is your personalised login. Use this unique key any time you access the website to view and edit your existing personal data.
If you are a new or SESA Delegate without email follow the below Submission Methods to submit your abstract. At the end of your initial interactive session you will be issued your unique access key to be used any time you access the website.
All abstracts submitted are subject to review by the Scientific Program Committee. Once abstracts have been accepted for presentation, no changes will be accepted to their content.
The abstract should provide sufficient information to allow the reader to assess fully the aims, methods, results and implications of the work undertaken. The abstract should include the following sections:
It is important that methods and results are clearly defined in the abstract; therefore, general statements such as “results will be presented” are not acceptable.
At the beginning of the abstract please include within the rectangular space described previously and each on a new line:
