It is my pleasure to invite you to the 2009 PNAQ Conference, Clinical Scene Investigation. Our organisation has grown on the strength and energy of its hundreds of members representing private and public sectors and covering diverse roles surrounding the care of patients in imaging departments, cardiac catheter labs, day surgeries, CSSD, wards and units, Operating Rooms small and large, anaesthetics, recovery rooms, supply companies, management, education and research.
We are students, postgraduates, ENs, AINs, Managers, RNs, EENs, Educators, Company Reps, Researchers, Fellows and Doctors. We work fulltime, casual, agency and part time. Our unpaid roles and contributions in our communities and abroad are too vast to chronicle. Each one of you – whether or not a member – is welcome to attend this exciting event. Join with us to see why…it is a great time to be a Perioperative Nurse!
Regards

It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that we invite all perioperative CSI’s and Trade Exhibitors to the PNAQ 35th annual state conference.
Put on your lab coat, grab your torch and prepare to start looking for the evidence at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. As you can see from our theme CSI- Clinical Scene Investigation, we will be looking for the evidence that guides our practice as well as exploring the many areas of perioperative nursing.
New to this year’s program is the introduction of hands on workshops and we have an exciting line up of excellent presenters who will share their expertise. The crime will be that you will have to decide which sessions to attend. The formal award dinner on Saturday night will be themed- 'Villains, Victims and Valour'.
CSI’s… your shift starts Thursday 8 October at 1300 sharp and ends after all evidence is revealed and awards presented Saturday night….at the scene of the crime in Fortitude Valley.
CASE CLOSED!!!!!
