Sponsorship/Exhibition packages will be allocated in date order received
Preference is given to sponsors in allocating display space until Friday 24 February 2017. From that time allocation will be made in order applications are received
In the event critical dates are not adhered to, Taylored Images reserve the right to cancel the agreement and all monies will be forfeited
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your package is required on application.
100% cancellation fee applies for any sponsorship and/or exhibition cancellations Friday 24 February 2017
When a credit card is used for the payment of the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date, Taylored Images is authorised to charge the credit card for the final balance
Taylored Images reserve the right to amend the exhibition floor plan to accommodate the number of booths or to accommodate operational venue requirements
