Registration Desk

The registration Desk will be situated in Sheraton Noosa Foyer and will be open from 0730 on Thursday 05 November. The desk will remain open throughout the meeting.

Climate/Dress

Noosa has one of the world’s most perfect climates. November is generally a warm spring month with minimum humidity and maximum temperatures reaching 26°C. Many of the Noosa beaches face north and are sheltered from winds by the nearby National Park. You may need a jacket in the evening. Suggested meeting dress is relaxed business attire.

Conference Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cancellation fee of $200.00 applies for cancellations prior Tuesday, 28 July.

No refunds applicable for cancellations after Tuesday, 28 July.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither ASCTS nor Taylored Images will accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property. It is recommended that you take out a suitable travel insurance policy when you register for the meeting and book your travel.
